As a designer I have had one philosophy, if you aren't trying to grow you're never going to know how far you can go. I learned this through many months of constant work load, and as I go back to look at my work I continue to see a progressive change for the better. I also apply this philosophy to my own branding. I will never keep the same portfolio, logo, or business card because I believe I can always improve.
